How order tracking works
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address on your order. Enter that number above to see real-time status — from dispatch and carrier hand-off through to out-for-delivery and delivery confirmation. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch; if your number isn't active yet, give the carrier a little time to scan the parcel.
Every parcel is sent in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside. Standard, express and overnight options and their delivery windows are listed on our shipping & delivery page.
